This full-service private venue is a historic newly-renovated studio suite. It has a beautiful open floor plan, exposed wooden beams and plenty of parking. The space offers an array of audio and visual capabilities and dedicated back of house space, with restrooms.
There is new central air and heating, Wireless internet and adjustable pin spot lighting with rigging points for AV additions. The space is 1,600 square feet and combines with parking spots that can be used together or separately.

Your requested date is on hold for 14 days until a deposit is received.
A 50% deposit, applicable to your final event total, and $1,500 security deposit is due upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to the event date. A credit card is required on file as security deposit unless the security deposit is paid via wire or bank check.
We will work with you to determine both load-in and load-out times depending on the needs of your event.
Nothing may be attached to the walls with glue, tape, or nails without advance written approval from the host.
Furniture and decorations may be moved. Depending on the furniture required to be moved, there may be an additional fee.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Space is not soundproof. We need to be respectful to our neighbors until 7:00 PM then you can be as loud as you want.
